		Nuclear Gloveboxes IP Systems specializes in gloveboxes and hot cells for nuclear, as well as pharmaceutical, electronics, and scientific applications. Projects can be design-build or build-to-print; appurtenances, environmental controls, and ergonomic parameters will be built to exact specifications. Nuclear gloveboxes can be manufactured from stainless steel or customer specified materials and offer cleanable polished surfaces, chemically resistant PVDF coatings or any other customer specified finish.




		Standard Gloveboxes IP Systems offers a low cost standard laboratory glovebox line that benefits from our many years of building high performance custom enclosures for the nuclear and pharmaceutical industries. We strive for simplicity in this product – simple to install and simple to operate, for many years of trouble free performance. Featured are all stainless steel construction with ASME certified welders, leak tight fabrication quality, and optional gas purification or hot/cold well. 		Pharmaceutical Isolators IP Systems customized isolators are specially designed and fabricated for the pharmaceutical industry. These isolators are integrated with pharmaceutical process equipment used in a wide range of applications, including containment of toxic powders and potent compounds, weighing and dispensing, aseptic filling, and sterility testing. We provide engineering & design, fabrication, assembly, and factory acceptance tests in our Broomfield CO facility.




		Biohazard & Chemical Containment We design and fabricate custom containment systems for biohazard and chemical applications, where a toxic or sensitive process must be safely isolated. IP Systems has the expertise and experience to tackle multiple disciplines – leak tight, ultra clean (Class 1), sterile, atmospheric controls (filtered HVAC, inert gas, pressure), environmental controls (hot/cold temperature, humidity), and ergonomic design, while always delivering a high standard of quality and workmanship. 		E-beam Sterilization & Process Equipment As experts in lead shielding, mechanical transport, and control systems, IP Systems offers electron beam processing systems for the pharmaceutical, food processing, and biotechnology industries. These systems are typically used for the surface or bulk sterilization of components and product by controlled exposure to either E-beams or x-ray spectra. Other common applications of an E-beam system are the curing of coatings and adhesives, improving properties of plastics and fibers, and pollution abatement. We work closely with your process engineers to develop optimum solutions, including integrating your equipment, moving product through the E-beam chamber, ensuring safety and accessibility, radiation testing, and system validation.
